EnrichCove Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our US warehouses. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Where We Ship

Currently, EnrichCove ships within the United States only (all 50 states plus DC). International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $49
  • Orders under $49: flat $5.95 standard shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within a week.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods (Black Friday, holidays), or address verification issues.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime in the order confirmation email.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please email hello@enrichcove.com.

Multi-Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. This helps us get your items to you faster.

Incorrect Address / Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — EnrichCove isn't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to fix an address or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, email hello@enrichcove.com and we'll help investigate

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item
  • Email hello@enrichcove.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
