A determined chewer that shreds plush toys in minutes is just doing what dogs are built to do — but when there's nothing durable to gnaw, that powerful jaw turns to shoes, table legs, and the remote.

This is Sensory enrichment for the chewing drive: a dinosaur-shaped nylon BarkBone built tough for power chewers to gnaw, mouth, and work for long stretches. Satisfying the urge to chew on something made for it gives a dog a healthy outlet and a focused, settling activity. EnrichCove curates sensory enrichment to a science-backed standard, so your dog can chew, occupy itself, and thrive instead of redirecting onto your belongings.

  • Tough nylon construction for dedicated power chewers
  • Dinosaur shape with ridges for grip and jaw engagement
  • Non-edible — a long-lasting chew outlet, not a treat
  • Redirects chewing away from shoes and furniture
  • Available in sizes to match different dogs

A chew built to last that your dog works freely — a satisfying outlet for a natural drive.

How do I introduce it safely?

Pick the size that matches your dog and rub a little spread on it to spark interest if needed. This is a non-edible nylon chew, not food — supervise chewing, and take it away once it's worn down or small enough to swallow. Choose a size up for strong chewers, and check with your vet if your dog has dental issues or a history of swallowing pieces.

Nylon Chew FAQ

Is it tough enough? An EnrichCove dinosaur nylon chew is built for power chewers as a durable, non-edible outlet for the chewing drive.

Is it edible? No — it's a non-edible chew toy; supervise use and replace it once worn.

How do I pick a size? Match it to your dog's size, and size up for especially strong chewers.

Great long lasting chew

We really like having these bones on hand to keep our power chewing pitties busy. The large sizes are super convenient and long lasting, and our dogs really seem to enjoy them. We have gone through several orders over the last few years, and I anticipate to keep buying this brand.

My dogs' favorite chewy

I have 2 55+lb dogs. They LOVE these! I keep at least 3 out for them to chew on and 2 in back stock. They are long lasting, and my dogs' favorite chew toys. We've gone through several, but at a fair and reasonable rate considering my dogs' sizes.

Good bones for a good dog

My goldens all have loved this bone. It does not seem to get as slimy as other bones have. It lasts a good long time and gives the dogs a good chewing experience!

Dog favorite bone

My two dogs love these Qwerk bones, it's their favorite bone over other brands we have purchased. They also last a long time and they are both aggressive chewers.

Great for heavy duty chewers

Our two dogs love these bones. They're very durable for heavy duty chewers and it takes them a fairly good time to get through them. They must love the taste because it's the bone they first pick up. I've gotten two flavors so far, beef and the peanut butter. Our dogs love them and because of that so do we.

Bone for destroyers

4 months ago I Bought this bone for my 90lb lab who destroys all his bones, but not this one! It barely has any teeth/chew marks on it and it's one of his favorites. It was a great find and I'll be sure to buy again. If you have a dog that destroys bones I'd give this one a try.

After much much research I finally took a shot at these guys, I have a Husky mix and a Pointer/Pit Mix. My hound mix is a super aggressive chewer (rescued from abuse) like he ate a corner of the tray of his kennel when I was out of the house for a day aggressive. Most nylon bones dont last for this guy for more than a day. Three days in with this bone and there's just the standard rice-like wear at the tips. Got a second one for my Husky mix too (to avoid jealously) shes not much of a chewer unless it involves getting the meaty bits off of a cured bone. However she's made a little bit of work on this one as well. I got the XXXL size which measures 10 in long, the ends are ~4 in wide with the diameter of the center skinny section around 2 in. Yes, if you have hardwood it will be loud if your pup like to throw their toys around. But when this thing does finally wear down, I will be purchasing it again. Also pro tip- if you're trying to convert your pup over to nylon chews and they dont seem interested, a little smear of peanut butter helps get them going. (Shows them "hey, its okay to munch on this"). Also if they seem to loose interest over time you can soak it in chicken stock (boil the stock, take off heat, put in bone, and cool completely before letting them chomp).Update: 1/27/2021 - I still don't need to replace it!
